Application forms
The requested documents must be sent as one single .pdf file following the order below:
- Application Form (download the form [DOC - 108 Ko])- Detailed Resume
- Copy of the passport
- A letter of statement in French or in English (including the internship subjects or research areas the student is interested in, and why the student is qualified for these subjects)
- List of courses already taken (download the form [DOC - 38 Ko])
- Official transcripts of records including full details of all university-level courses (scanned copies)
Two letters of recommendation from two professors (download the form [DOC - 84 Ko]) must be added to this application file.
Partner Institutions must send the list of candidates and their full applications to the Vice Presidency for External Relations by e-mail before December 20, 2012.
